★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quite a long process to get a refund, counter staff hav 2 get approval for refunds, while yr left standing there for about 20 mins while its being decided over the phone to sumone in charge if they can refund the item, if working on counter, the staff are trained so shudnt need approval if you hav confidence in staff.this has to change, its a refund not a loan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at Farmers Whangarei thinking we knew what we wanted but, in fact we had no idea so, we asked the make-up consultant and explained what we want the end result to look like and she took us straight to the right place. She explained that due to Covid uncertainty, she was unable to provide hands on support but can instruct us how to try the testers and find the right product. I felt she was very good at her job and that she cared a lot about us, she gave us her time and helped us to find what we needed. We really appreciate the care she showed toward us in keeping us as safe as possible from Covid under the circumstances, she was friendly and very professional. I enjoyed my time there and look forward to returning to purchase more products. Thank you Farmers Whangarei.
