★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Current english store manager is a huge waste of space for this store! His inability to listen and comprehend to questions is appalling. This guy appeared not interested and couldn't really be bothered to help us out. I've been in this store numerous times and always has brilliant interactions with staff. Dozens of capable people out there who can take on his role and actually do a good job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to visit... but... plenty of stock, all great stuff, but shop layout and stock placements rather shambolic ; with same jackets, and other product sought after, hanging in different places. Stock relocation/shuffle in progress? Good size ranges. Good Kathmandu colour ranges. Moderate clearance stock zone - with excellent price/value.
In frustration I found staff happy to help - also troubled by new shop layout policy. Brilliantly, helpful staff - pleasant and patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far my favorite brand of clothing, period. Highest quality materials, clothing for every outdoor activity, the best travel pants you can own, amazing customer service, and great staff. Love this Whangarei shop, too, as they have a large selection. Very happy customer:)
