★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, shop was busy and I had several questions for the staff and it seemed to be no problem, very helpful and informative, didn’t try to up sell what I didn’t need, got lcd screen replaced problem fixed, bought new cover and all in around half an hour.
More than impressed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give a lower rating i would. Came in to get my screen fixed which resulted in a two month wait, a replacement battery, a replacement charger port and $350 in repairs. I thought this was finally over however after 6 months of having a "fixed" phone the battery began to expand and pushed the back of my phone open which was only held together by double sided tape, which contradicts his statement that my phone would be waterproof.
Took my phone back the other day to see if they would do anything to right there wrongs and got told that its my fault the phone is broken and that their 3 month warranty had ended, so they weren't going to help. I went to a another repair shop for a second opinion and they told me that the new battery wasn't a genuine samsung one and that i've essentially been scammed with cheap parts and expensive labour.
Theres a chance theyre telling the truth but i honestly wouldnt risk it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped my phone while I was getting out of my car last Saturday evening and it wasn't turning on. I searched for the mobile repair shops around me while I was around northland mall and "Fast Fix" popped up on the top. I rushed to their shop to realize not only their high ratings actually justify their work and customer service but utter professionalism they work with. These guys somehow fixed my phone even when they're about to close their shop and there we're only 20 minutes left for their closing. Highly appreciated!! Cheers!!
P.S- I thought my phone had a serious problem and I was prepared for spending big bucks but to my surprise they got it fixed for a very reasonable price.
