★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a watch in for a simple repair. Got watch back after 2 weeks only to find it wasn't keeping the time. Took back and it was sent away to "watch repairers".
6 weeks later I got my watch back... now it half works and is in even worse condition. Wish I'd never taken it in in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in a new car key to get cut. Scraped up the brand new key, nearly breaking it, then put it in a bag and didn’t tell me. Only noticed when I got home. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to make two copies of a key, the key they made was obviously too short compare to the original, even its got the right thread, it is not long enough to be fully pushed in to work properly. Went back to them 2 times,, no one knows how to solve the issue. Even I am not a key cutting person I know what the issue is. Went to another locksmith, describe the problem, they fixed one key for free. 3rd time went back to these guys to fix the second key, the guy at the counter said: why didn't the other place fix both keys but one.... (Simply not in a problem solving mindset)
The guys who work there has an attitude too. Not a professional experience at all. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate them 3 stars for making key duplicates. We had to go back sometimes as the keys don't work. A big no no to replacement of watch batteries. The watch would only work for a few days a stop working. These happened to me several times over the years.

I was told by my work colleague to go to Mr Minit and couldn't thank them enough for there awesome service and onto it team highly recommend them. Thank you very much you will certainly be getting my business again in the future and will recommend to friends and family.
