★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop assistant was very pleasant and friendly explaining clearly the process for the heat pump to arrive from Christchurch and eventual installation. The Black Friday promotion resulted in a competitive deal. Communication was top standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started the journey of finding a bed at the South Dunedin store which is now closed. Abby was so good at listening for what we wanted and then explained the benefits of the different beds. We went to the new store after it had only been open a few days. The new shop in the Meridian Mall is so big and has great potential for the future as they settle in. We bought our bed and they have ordered it in and will store it, until the redecorating of bedroom is done.
