β β β β β Rude staff at the Penrose store, absolute lack of manners. No clear protocols for contactless pickup. Looks like they don't appreciate your business with them during this time. Prices are nothing that they could be proud of. My advice: go and spend your money somewhere else that at least greets you kindly and has more than 1 parking space.
Will not buy from this place ever again.

β β β β β It is a shame because the purchasing process was great initially. The younger sales lady was very professional, took her time to explain everything and I would give her a 5 star BUT my other 2 times experience there were terrible with the OTHER lady. Have to pickup my item 2 times because the 1st time I went for collection she said there were TOO MANY BOXES and she couldn't find my item, then she offered to send me the item instead, which there was no follow up after, nothing delivered and no message from them at all. The 2nd time I went for collection she made her mistake sounds like mine and I felt she rush me through the collection process.

Really knowledgeable and extraordinarily patient with two newbie soon-to-be parents. She helped us get to know loads of different strollers and fit a couple of car seats with a difficult to fit ute. Really helpful and not sales-y or pushy at all. Thanks Shirley!
