★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a booking on Instagram messenger for 5.30pm, got there and the hairdresser told me that the nail tech left a long time ago! As a busy mum with a fulltime job this was incredibly inconvenient and they made no attempt to rectify the matter. The time before that was great hence why I wanted to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tori introduced me into trying gel x nails and they were amazing! Quality didn’t feel tacky at all, made me feel I was that chick ;) I showed her an inspo photo on how I wanted my nails and she made my nails look exactly like the picture! I was super happy with the outcome!
Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible booked the day before my trip and expected service from a certified nail tech. But was given a trainee who was supposed to be supervised. The supervisor proceeded to leave me unattended with the trainee after watching just one nail and only came back at the end to try and fix the unevenness. No two nails were the same. I Was not offered any discount so paid full price on a less than decent job and could not even clean my hands properly. I had to go to the nearest cafe to wash my hands. Do not recommend this place at all

Never left the salon without being super happy with the outcome! And in such a nice positive environment aswell, highly recommend <3
