★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in for a pedicure, and got an average pedicure. Technician was fast, almost rushed, but did the basics: soak, cuticles, trim and shape nails, calf massage, and polish. If the polish stays on more than a week, I'll be surprised.
But, there was no upsell, which was nice: I paid the listed price for the service I received. And they took walk ins. So they got that going for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible place to go! I did my Brazilian wax today , and the lady was rushing didn’t even put a soothing cream or oil after and I complained about the remaining hair there and she gave me a lame excuse that it was too small ! But actually it was already long enough to be pulled by twisters ! Apart from that , i waited for 20 minutes to be accommodated! I was there on time , they made me wait , looking at me like clueless , didn’t even say sorry for the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer of Plush however I was highly disappointed yesterday with the service and attitude of Plush beauty nail - Regal . I did my nail extenstion and gel polish the colour that I chose was a shaded while applying the colour it looked the same as the colour chart shown however after leaving the nail bar within 15 mins, the colour completely changed to dark shade than what I chose. I went back to the nail bar and they mentioned the same and the girl said it was not their mistake, as the colour changes according to the temperature which was NOT Informed to me anytime during the service. I also requested her to show the shade chart , she pretended to go inside and get the shade chart except the one i chose . I told that it was not suiting my hands as it was too dark and requested to remove and apply other shade but the person (LILY) - she did not agree , I requested her (LILY) that i would like to speak to the manager or owner to further escalate she mentioned she was the manager frist and later she called herself the owner . After sometime she completely changed saying it was mentioned on the colour chart the colour wud change , she brought the same colour chart which was missing for 20 mins and now it was written colour wud change in new black pen which was very obvious that i was just written now and was not there before otherwise i wud have never chosen the colour, This is how they cheated me ....horriable customer service . I just walked out the place and did not have the time to agrue as I had to pick my son. Horriable customer service please dont cheat people

Done my full set nails on last Sunday and it started to come off. This is the first time I went to do my nails there. The share are horrible and some thick and thin.. this is frustrating. I will never go there. Money goes..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst I was getting my eyelash extensions done I was poked and prodded with the extensions in the skin of my eyelids not a nice experience! Also I didn't see her after the job was done! it was weird and she knew she was hurting me during it all because I was yelping and could feel the glue dripping in my eyes but she kept going. Also they had no fan or way of drying the glue after so I had to wave my hands in face like a fan to dry.
I went back 2 days later to remove eyelash extensions as they were stuck on my skin so started to become itchy, gunky and sore.
When I approached her she said it was NORMAL TO APPLY LASHES TO THE SKIN!!!! When it really isn't.
I removed them at the same place and you would think it would be for free but no!. Are these people even certified to do eyelashes!!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $85 for a gel Mani and Pedi and within 2 days 6 different nails had chipped. I went in and asked them to repair them which they were happy to do. I asked to come in at 9 am which is when the mall opened and I had work at 9:45 so wanted to get in asap but the lady told me to come in at 9:30 and I explained that the mall opened at 9 and that i needed to come in early because of work and her response was "no one will be here at 9 because all the workers come late". Please save yourself the time and do not come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here twice and in two years. Nothing has changed. Just went in for a basic gel manicure today. Asked to get my nails the same length.. somehow she managed to give them all different lengths both hands different shapes. I had told her to redo to make them the same but she could not... they make you pay before hand and now I know why. You can get actual quality service from professionals for the same price. Try Art of Nails or Nail Garden. Regal Nails St Luke’s staff seem very inexperienced and if that’s not it, then they just do not care to do a decent job. Save your money and go somewhere else. Would’ve loved, to give no stars to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give them a 0 rating if there was an option. Got my lashes done there paying $100 for hybirds. Throughout getting lashes done I told the lady both my eyes were burning, she didn't seem to do anything about it and continued, I was verryyy uncomfortable throughout. At the end my eyes were bloodshot red and I never got the hybird set I had asked for, instead got full volume looking very dramatic. The following morning my eyes were burning, very red, sensitive to light and it hurt to blink. I got them removed and she still tried to convince me to wait a few days as it will go away. I don't think the tweezers were sterilised before and after. I went to the doctors after getting them removed and thanks regal I now have a bacterial infection and conjunctivitis. Never going there again!
