“ I approached Kim because I had an ongoing condition of IBS and possible Gluten intolerance. To add to the problem I have also been diagnosed by my GP with Hemochromatosis (too much iron in the blood). Kim helped me with my diet by setting out various recipes and menu’s for the first couple of weeks to get me started and then adding other options. The results where that I became more relaxed about my eating habits and had a more confident approach to eating in general. One aspect I enjoyed was Kim’s willingness to listen. Another benefit was Kim was not only easy to work with but also had a thoroughly professional but gentle approach to these issues. I have found the experience very uplifting and would recommend to anyone who has similar problems. My zest for life and being able to travel again has had a massive impact on my life style”
