★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I initially joined the Fight Fit family for an 8-week challenge and I’ve just completed this, and wow… I’ve seen some massive changes and achieved awesome results!
My fitness levels have increased dramatically, and with the help of their knowledgeable and well experienced trainers I feel my kickboxing technique has improved ten-fold.
The trainers are amazing and so supportive, the other members are super friendly and the classes are so much fun (oh and don’t worry, you work hard and certainly get your sweat on!).
Can’t wait to continue my fitness journey with my new fit family! Thanks guys xx

My first experience with kickboxing was 8-weeks ago when I jumped in on an 8-week challenge, I was super unfit and a bit anxious about my ability to participate - but everything we did catered to all fitness levels and I've learned so much in a short period of time. I've loved it so much I've joined the Fight Fit Fam! Holly and Brent are so supportive and push you to improve every day, and I love that I'm surrounded by an amazing group of women from all walks of life. If you're looking to improve your fitness but don't want to go to a traditional gym, come give Fight Fit go!
