★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reviews here are a bit misleading. They are mostly for the old gym as it's recently changed hands and they have just updated the name. Went in to take a look, was a bit of a strange experience with a solid sales pitch that included loads of praise for the owner from the guy pitching me. "Have you seen his car?" Or "our owner also owns bay dreams" ... So what ? Lol. Looks like it will be well equipped when finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great gym, friendly atmosphere, you don't need to be a gym bunny to feel right at home here. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Classes are excellent and adapted to all fitness levels. Huge range of equipment all well maintained. Never feel like you have to wait for a piece of equipment to become available.

If you are looking for a true gym experience this is the place to go.
The owners Darrell and K are extremely professional and knowledgeable with a passion for the fitness industry.
I have been in the gym for almost 6 years now and you will not find a atmosphere quite like this one.
I highly recommend it too all athletes, bodybuilders, first timers and everything in between.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best gym I've ever been to. Have all the equipment needed and boy the variety of dumbbells is insane, all the way up to 100kg(barely touched for some reason ?).
The staff is super friendly and always gives you a warm welcome.
Highly recommended!
