★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful team at Filco. I purchased a motorbike I saw on Trade Me. Had paper work and payment organised via email with no problems at all.
I flew up from Christchurch and they kindly picked me up from the airport as well. Bike was in immaculate condition. Enjoyed the ride back! Thanks Seb and Dave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible terrible. Very disappointed. So they story is i had a blown tps sensor on my kawasaki. I took the bike to filco spoken to the service department about the issue they had no clue what tps sensor is ? and they are kawasaki dealer. So they told me they will have a look anf it will take 3 weeks for them to get my bike fixed. After 3 weeks they didnt fix the tps sensor. I had supplied them with new tps sensor. Then they told me tps sensor is not they issue i will need new ECU or Throttle body? after keepingthe bike for 3weeks. So i lost all my trust. And decided to take the bike to more good professional mechanics .in 2 days time the other mechanics fixed my bike in like 1 hour and told me thta tps sensor is good it wasnt calibrated and locked properly which i guess it was over filcos mechanic head. Th worst part is they charged me 4 hours worth of labour for nothing bike wasnt fixed. Do go to filco for any mechanical issues they are bunch of kids working with no experience at all.

I just bought a mint condition bike off them. Dave arranged it to be moved to AKL from Nelson for a small fee.
Dave spent time on the phone discussing the bike and was always responsive with any queries.
The whole process was very easy - the bike is under factory warranty and the bike was just as mint as was explained.
Hopefully I can pop in at some point if I am ever in Nelson.
