Dropped my bike off, they had it for approximately 4 days I picked it up today they took parts off my bike and didn't put them back on I am missing my hazard switch as well had to go back to pick up my parts that they took off but no switch they also put 2 scratches in my petrol tank not happy at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a brand new motorcycle V-strom - I can't fault the niceness of the team however this is where it ends. The gentlemen's promise to deliver - Fail, the conversation of Saturday's not a problem for Servicing - Fail, the delivery pickup - hardly any fuel - Fail, incorrect address on contract so proof of purchase went elsewhere - attention to detail - Fail. When asked about first 1000kms service - evasive about price and whether it could be done anytime soon - Fail - It's disappointing that what should have been a great buying experience turned into something very frustrating. NEVER dealing with this Company again. Christchurch it is - they bent over backwards to assist with servicing etc. next time it's Christchurch from the start. Please Nelson Motorcycles read your Google reviews...you're failing and word is getting passed along.
