When enquiring about my statement met with hostile response from admin. Don’t join or sign up with direct finance. No stars rating ???? chose the lowest!

They did a refinance for me but before my first payment went out I find a few charges that were charged to me but nothing was done ie lawyer fees were charge but they did it themselves and they were meant to do valuation but nothing was done but the cost was charge to me. And then i had to pay finance assist as well. Whoever wants to do business with this two finances be careful read the fine prints and ask questions or you will be hang with all the extra charges.
