★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been so disappointed, a lady called me while I was at work and I asked if she could email me her questions because I was currently busy at work. I even asked if it was okay if she could call me back, she said yes that was fine. She never emailed me or called me back. So I called the company back and the person that answered the phone said ‘Oh the lady you talked to isn’t here right now we can’t do anything about it.’
This was very sad and very unprofessional too.
