★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went many times over the time I was in Wanaka, Sept, Oct, Nov 2021.. 1st time I ordered far too much and was able to have it for breakfast!!. So filling spicy ? and indulgent! So worth eating here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so I love fried chicken a lot.. So when I say this I mean it... This is the best fried chicken I have EVER hands down no questions asked ever had in my life. The batter is crazily good, so crunchy with so much flavour. The chicken is clearly sourced from a decent butcher. Good not recommend more!!! They even chucked an extra piece of chicken in for me too. (I think I ordered a 2 pack but they gave 3 anyways). Thanks so much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken is very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside and tasted awesome. Loved the fries as well. I only wondered if it costed a little more than it should, specially extra sauce which costs 50c to 90c in all the places I've been to in Auckland

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome chicken, good spice level! Everything hot and freshly cooked. Located in a small alcove area with other food options. Great place to hang by the flowing river! Highly recommend if in the area!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place took us by surprise. Generous but affordable portions. Astonishing and high quality flavor. Incredible fried chicken. Thyme fries are wonderful. Great sauces. And when they say spicy they mean it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If coated chicken and fries are your thing then this should be on your radar. Portions are pretty big so it's good value for money, and it's nice to have a range of Fry flavours to suit your tastes. The chicken can be had in a number of heat levels, I wussed out and went for medium but it goes all the way up to ring burning material if spicy is your thing.
Well worth checking out if you're after a good feed in Wanaka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So delicious! Crunchy seasoned fried chicken, huge portions, we couldn't finish it alone! We got the medium, though it didn't seem very spicy, more of a mild. Only thing was would have liked larger sauce potions - would be happy to pay for a larger size. Couldn't fault the chicken!
