★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was excellent on my last visit, but the chicken was over cooked and hard and lacked the flavor we all enjoy about KFC.
I've never given negative reviews but sadly this is not the first unsatisfied visit. If you pay $30 plus for a meal you would want to enjoy it every time, not hope they might get it right this time.

Was hoping that they would recheck orders before sending it to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff. Had 4 staff members sorting out a complaint in front of us and not a single one could serve us in the meantime. Not only our group, but also 5 other behind us walked out. It seems as tho no one on shift actually knew how to do their jobs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service. It was a very very large order ordered online which wasn't supplied properly. The manager was heard to say "It'll be cold now. It's been there for 25 minutes.". I was in the queue waiting to be served for 25 minutes! The guy on the counter couldn't care less. 12 bags of food and not an offer to help take it to the car - thank goodness for other customers!
It seems that getting the order wrong is endemic here - 3 of the 5 orders in front of me were brought back as incorrect.
