My situation had a high degree of URGENCY and I went searching for finance when my bank said NO.
I had contacted 6 companies including banks, and 1st rate were the First to respond, quickly grasp my situation , and act immediately..
Being a solo parent is not always easy in the world of finance and lending, but in this case I was gratefully met with unbiased, supportive and absolute professional service. The communication was exemplary and I am happy to say Yvonne Revell and the 1st Rate Mortgages Team helped me to achieve a dream goal! I'm ecstatic, and extremely grateful..

It was extremely challenging for us to go through the tight restrictions the banks were placing on new builds after Covid hit and I know for sure if we didn't have the expertise of our mortgage broker negotiating on our behalf we would never have been approved. Danielle exceeded our expectations by securing the lowest interest rate for us, even before it was advertised. Danielle was very thorough and efficient and took the time to explain the contracts and calculations so that we fully understood. I, 100% recommend them and can't thank them enough as now we have our beautiful new home to look forward to.
