About The Money Men
Originally from the UK, Lucy settled in NZ in 2015 having spent years working on Superyachts around the world. Since arriving, Lucy has worked in the Financial Services industry. Previously working for a large NZ bank, Lucy learnt a lot about financial literacy and has not only enjoyed implementing her learnings in her own life but enjoys educating and supporting others to do the same.
Lucy is a natural people person and is extremely driven by providing excellent service and outcomes for clients, as well as building meaningful and ongoing relationships. Lucy found that whilst she learnt a lot working for a big bank, it was all rather transactional and decided that working for a smaller, more customer-focused business would bring her higher job satisfaction.
Lucy works with our advisers, clients and insurers to provide support for applications, claims and general policy servicing. She is a stickler for the details, process and loves all things administration and spreadsheets.
In her spare time, you can find Lucy out on an adventure, ideally up north in the caravan with her son, husband and sausage dog.

Josh and Paul made sure we are not just aware of each step but they spent so much time and effort to guide and educate us on the whole process, and keep us out of risk that we would definitely be going into without them.
Communication was instant, very friendly and accommodating.
Somehow they always managed to get things done before the usual time frame which means that they are very persistent and have some serious connections to push things on top.
That was a huge advantage because we had everything ready for the bank before the other buyers and it got us the house.
The Money Men experience convinced us that buying a house can be a fun and comfortable process not a stressful and confused one.
No doubt we have bought our house thanks to The Money Men team.
