This company does not care about how their drivers act. Made a complaint re one of their drivers nearly causing an accident on a Auckland motorway and then the same driver tailgated, flashed his lights, gave angry gestures and tried to get me to pull over. This continued for over 15 mins and only stopped when I called them and reported what he was doing. I was told a manager would call me to discuss ( the lady on the phone was very helpful and even told me to call the police if I didn’t feel safe). No one called so after a couple of days I called, told sorry someone would call. This has gone on for 2 weeks with me calling them. Got told yesterday that that I had already had a official apology and that was the end of it. Informed her that I have not been called by anyone and have not even had an unofficial apology let alone a official one. Asked to have a higher manager call me and guess what....nothing. After looking at their reviews it’s time to go to the media

Very disapointed with their work. Just quit with protecting us from loud and violent neighbours. Working as a noise controller is not your job as you never showed up. Even one star is too much fir you.

Vet North are terminating your services as a result of your poor customer service following incident #2595156 / 2595213. So far I have made three phone calls to discuss the above incident and First Security’s inability to contact us during the incident none of which have been satisfactory. The first I was basically read out the incident report ( I had it in front of me at the time) and then the person on the end of the phone was guessing as to why the guard made the decisions they did – they assured me that they would escalate the situation and that someone would ring me back, I left my mobile number as well as updating all of the clinic details – this was the week of the 18th of February, no one has contacted me following this call. The second I spoke to a lady the week of the 4th of March – she took my concerns seriously and assured me that someone would ring me back the same day, again leaving my contact details, no-one did. Yesterday I spoke to George and he also took my concerns seriously, when I advised him that I wished to speak to his manager he did his best to do so, however he or she was unavailable and I was advised that they would ring me back, they did not. Three attempts to contact First Security and wait for a reply over the course of 3 weeks is enough – the message I have received from the deafening silence of First Security’s response is that you have no interest in us as a client. Given that we are a veterinary clinic and have a vet on call 24/7 365 days a year who is always on the end of a phone , with clients contacting us at all hours of the night, it shouldn’t have been too difficult to contact us at 8pm to secure a door or to get information on how to secure the door. Even with incorrect information in your own system a quick google search would have given you a number to ring. When we were with Arrow security and we had similar incidents with human error resulting in the sliding door not being secure, they had no problem in contacting us to remedy the situation. The end result of the incident was that the guard basically walked into the clinic, was not able to silence the alarm, was not able to secure the doors and left the building in the same state of security as he found it, or from our perspective not providing us with any security at all. I am not sure how data was transferred from Arrow clients to First Security but when I checked the details that you had on yours system they were not correct. This is the first time we have had such an human error in securing our sliding door with First Security providing our security services and the response was anything but good. I can understand the actions of the security guard and not being able to contact us, on its own a human error that could be forgiven, however not contacting me back as the paying client when I have rung three times to discuss this incident is exceptionally poor client communication and the reason for us terminating First Security’s services.

This complaint is about a staff who's working at papakura pak n save he is working outside at entrance he has absolutely no respect towards public members and put wrong information out there which Is not stated on website I want this complaint to be updated with your staff members please this is not on this is insulting infront of other public members.

The security wasn’t nice and very fierce while when talking to people. While when driver stop on the yellow box with keep clear sign and waiting for passengers to come and some one came and told me not to stop there. When I tried to park my car before my passengers came in while they are looking for me the guy said that I don’t know how to park my car. He questioned me and ask do you know how to look at your blind sport mirrors your right real tyre had touched the yellow lines. Yes of course I know how to see the blind sport mirrors. This is not your job to do to chase drivers while when they are waiting for passengers. That’s very bad and rude behaviour to ask these questions.

Absolutely the worst company that I have ever worked for. 1. the night supervisors apart from the one that took over grand millenium have an absolute disregard for covid as I was advised to not tell the nurses at these hotels that I was sick or they would have been short a guard on top of that the roster team would put false no shows or no contact on my in-time which was nrlev to 4f I'm glad I have finally left this wretched company that should be under review the guards that work for this company aren't really trained at all I mean sleeping in vehicle's when you are suppose to be doing patrols and what not plus laptops to watch movies and browse the internet all while you are suppose to be making sure clients premises are secure and preventing escapes from isolation hotels is atrocious first security needs a massive overhaul because this is not on all period!!

Car from first security parked in the middle of the bike lane illegally. Not sure a security company that is doing something illegal, is the best move. This has also been reported to police.
