★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered multiple items, received one of them which turned out to be faulty. And heard nothing of the rest of the items for over 2 weeks. They haven't contacted me after emailing them, they haven't ever been available when called. They seem to have no customer service or anything that accommodates communication when you have an issue. Will never purchase from again, and will be taking the matter to Disputes Tribunal. I spent a lot of money for trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not one to go around leaving reviews, but on multiple occasions now I have been blown away by the ease of purchasing PC components through Computer Lounge! The website is excellent, a breeze to navigate and plenty of information on a vast range of products which means it's all quite dangerous for the wallet haha! On one occasion, I was having issues with online payment and Paul was quick with his response and offered some solutions - much appreciated!
Picking up orders is also very quick and easy, given the current Covid climate. Staff are friendly, and Paul was very generous in handing me over a ROG gift pack simply because I mentioned I loved ROG products! I'm stoked, and you guys should be too! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done over 10k of business with Computer Lounge over the years, got them to build two PCs, bought two gaming laptops, and other random peripherals bought here and there.
Building a PC is especially a good experience with them, they burn in test everything, the quality of their builds is very good. They are responsive to email queries and will advise you of improvements they see you can make or if something doesn't make sense in your order (in my case, faster RAM was on discount at the same price as my chosen RAM).
Another big benefit is how fast their shipping is - to Nelson it is rare I have to wait longer than a day if the order is early enough. Just yesterday I emailed support as I forgot to claim a free gift on checkout (as I was supposed to) - their response is classic Computer lounge - no worries, quick response, the gift arrived before the original order item in a separate package.
Their site is great too. I'm at the point that unless there is a huge price difference I will always shop there. Never change guys and thanks for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't ship my order and won't cancel it! Tells me that they're checking warehouse cameras and need 24-48 hours but it's been 4 business days since that and over a week and half since I ordered.
They have since rectified the issue and my order is sent. But I still was supposed to be informed about them not sending and they themselves were not aware until I tell them it's not sent.

This is my second time buying a headset from CL. First time I bought a headset, the headset was damaged. Although the response for a replacement was fast at first, the unnecessary delays and lack of communication lead to a disappointing purchase.
In need of a new headset, I gave CL a second chance and what a difference! The staff were extremely helpful on choosing the right headphones for my needs and price range. The headset was packaged properly to prevent the damage like the first one and obviously the headset was in good condition.
Looking forward to making more purchases through CL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a tricky experience a few weeks ago but after emailing their Sales account it was resolved promptly pretty easily. The workers on the support side are really friendly and helpful, got me back on track really fast.
I've since ordered from them and it was as good as ever, immediate shipping and user friendly tracking links. Cheers guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For anyone thinking of using their 'PC Dusting' Service.
I recommend you think twice.
For $79 you basically get a air compressed dust off and a wipe down.
You can probably do a better job by buying the air compressor and cloth yourself.
I gave them feed back and they turned around and said this:
"If you would like a refund on this service, I'm sure the technicians would love to re apply dust in the system and then hand it back to you along with the refund. "
So again - think twice before going in and paying for $79 worth of disappointment.
