★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't recommend this place to anyone. Had to wait 45 minutes for the pickup. Disorganized & no proper management. Chinese recepcionists were rude and had no customer care skills whatsoever. And felt favorable to Chinese people as their stuff came faster and couldn't see any Chinese people waiting.
And what's the point of booking a pickup appointment if they are not picked and ready to go. Also when I assembled the TV stand, one item was missing(back cover). Never buying anything from them and didn't want to even call them for the missing item as didn't want to waste anymore time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased drawers and they arrived with the handles INSIDE the drawers so couldn’t be opened. Have spent weeks trying to get rectified with customer service and still not resolved. Bad quality and unhelpful customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall good service. Pickup can be a bit tricky because staff very unhelpful and rude. If u are elderly or may have difficulty loading your product is n the car, don't hope for help from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recieved my new desk from ifurniture and am absolutely stoked with the quality of the hardware. Assembly was so simple and all pieces were in tact. Box was a bit damaged but the courier driver apologized as they had an accident at the NZ post branch with the over load during Covid-19 lock down.
The desk was in secure packaging and I'm grateful.
Awesome ! And I will def be using them again !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service! Don’t even bother! The email confirmations you get don’t mean anything. Ordered twice, got confirmation to go and pick up, when I went there, it hadn’t even arrived yet and was told to wait another 3 days. They don’t even care or take any responsibility for their mistakes. These guys need to be shut down.
