★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John Gilbertson and Fisher Windows Wellington have been terrible to deal with. We've had new windows and a door that were installed by Fisher Windows Wellington and leaked. John refused to rectify the problem and after consulting with other builders and Altus, we ended up at the Disputes Tribunal. We were awarded costs to have the windows replaced to address the weathertight issues. Would not recommend anyone to use Fisher Windows Wellington. If you've had windows installed by this company you may want to get them checked. Hopeless to deal with, poor service - avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Russ as one of the new owners of Fisher Windows. Russ has been very helpful and patient while i worked out the best options.
My first order just arrived and i couldn't be happier, exactly what i ordered and looks sharp.
I understand the 2yr old reviews were made while there were different owners and certainly don't seem to reflect the Fisher Windows i have just dealt with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I just replaced our old rotten french doors with an amazing new two door slider. Communication from Fisher Windows was great. They were honest and empathetic when discussing delays due to lock down and delivered a superb product that has far exceeded our expectations. Great to deal with a company where both owners are so hands on and clearly know what they are talking about and recommending. Will definitely be returning in the future.
