★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Andrea from Mt store to help with our kitchen, he did a wonderful job helping us with our design and fitting all our needs and wants. It all was a long process as we hit covid and with oversea shipments delayed, Auckland in lockdown, so was a little bit trying at times to get some bits and bobs.
All in all its finished now and we are extremely happy how its all come out.
So thankyou Andrea and project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last year we have put 3 separate orders through for our kitchen, new pantry and laundry. Every time we received the same great customer service from Arianna and her colleagues. We are really happy with the product. Better quality than all other flat pack options we looked at and their pricing was lower than everyone else. The staff are really friendly and helped us create a 3d design so we knew exactly what we were getting. On one occasion a couple of the units were damaged in transit and the project kitchens team got it sorted for us straight away with no hassles. The units are easy to put together and install and the bench tops look great. I would definitely buy from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Project Kitchens was recommended to us by a friend and we met them at their booth at the Tauranga Home Show. From the get go, we were impressed by their professionalism and enthusiasm. We were connected with Andrea Tonelli and we are so glad to have him as our consultant. He was incredible and he really did embody going above and beyond for the client. He was patient with our many iterations and spent over eight hours with us that led to our amazing final design, without any additional consulting fee. We consulted another company in the meantime for cost comparison and the service was not even comparable and the cost was much higher. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of our cabinets and appliances. During our installation, we faced a few hurdles and Andrea immediately helped us out without delay. We highly recommend Project Kitchens because their customer service is extremely prompt and professional, and they delivered a beautiful kitchen for our first home. If you're in Tauranga, definitely ask for Andrea because he is a champ! Thanks Project Kitchens and Andrea! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have ordered two kitchens from this company. First was delayed for ages and then they realized they had forgotten some doors and it then took 2 months to get 3 doors.
Second kitchen we are waiting on still, was supposed to be delivered 10 feb and it’s 2 months late.
I’ve been through 2 staff now that have gone on maternity leave during my order. The first was really good and kept in contact and did a handover. Second I had to follow up each time and request updates to which I never got any other than a month ago saying my order was waiting on one thing, yet a month later and they still can’t give me an eta even on the parts that are ready.
I would not purchase from this company again based on the bad customer service, the lack of communication, the inability to deliver
Ordered and paid for 7 December and given 10th feb as delivery date after they checked with production team. 2 months after delivery date and still no ETA
