★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined 9Round a month ago after searching for more than 6 months for a fitness club that had the right vibe. The trainers are awesome and encourage you to push yourself harder than you think you can. The environment is so supportive and it doesn't feel like you're just a number as they all get to know your name. The workouts change daily and each have their own challenges which keeps it interesting. The format makes it easy for me as I finish work at different days so can turn up whenever suits and timing is no excuse to miss a workout. I'm so glad I found these guys as it's enjoyable going there and I look forward to it each day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is great. The trainers are there to instruct you and you can start a circuit on your own time. The best this is that no one has time to see what you are doing so you don’t feel embarrassed. There is a wide variety of people at this gym which makes it great. Everyone has come together with their own goals and are just their to work on themselves. It’s great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined Fitstop when it first opened at the end of January and have loved every minute of my time there so far. The trainers (Darrin, Cam, Holly, and Kylie) are amazing. They push you to push yourself, the whole time encouraging you, and making sure your technique is right, as well as ensuring injuries are protected! The Unstoppable Series Challenge is an extra motivation and I’ve got results that blew my mind. Would highly, highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Fitstop, joined two months ago after losing motivation at my former gym and wanting to lose some weight and get strong again. In two months I’ve dropped 3% body fat and gained 1.5kg of muscle. I notice my clothes fit better and I am more confident at lifting heavy due to the awesome trainers pushing me every session? Everyone is super friendly and the trainers make you feel like part of a family, they are knowledgeable and always cheer you on! I find my self excited to attend each week.
