★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really good trainer, great at adjusting pace and style uniquely for each individual so they can get the most out of it and have a good experience, in both general gym training and Muay Thai.
I used to be too intimidated by the mixed martial arts gym, but no longer! With the help of his training, my confidence has built so much. Highly recommended!
