The Ultrasound Clinic - Hamilton Central

I got a message from a doctor I’ve never visited with an unknown number regarding my result. When I investigated this with ultrasound clinic, the receptionist turned me away really quick without even looking into my file.I have to contact the clinic couple of times to get them look into my file, and turns out that they sent my result to the WRONG clinic and doctor!! Its okay to make mistakes, but the receptionist could be more friendly and useful.

Outstanding service! I had to have an extra growth scan as baby wasn’t quite meeting milestones. The reception staff were very friendly on the phone and it was easy to get an appointment. Loved having a text the day before to confirm appointment and an update on what was expected for Level 2 Covid restrictions. At the scan I was a bit nervous but the sonographer was lovely and informative, even used warm lubricating jelly what a delight! Afterwards I was offered my scans on The Ultrasound App which was amazing, great picture quality and even a wee video of heartbeat - the best. Cannot recommend this clinic enough :)

Nice and peaceful place to do my ultrasound. Friendly and professional service, such a wonderful staff and very polite and helpful receptionist. Made the overall experience so much better. Highly recommended

The radiographers were very pleasant but both receptionists were rude and I would never go back there or recommend it to anyone.

Booked an appointment for pregnancy scan very prior..got their confirmation on email saying you have been booked for 8.40 am then when I went there they said my appointment got canceled because the appointment was at 8.30am and now I can only get an appointment after few days...Clearly there's administrative issues and very unapologetic receptionist, wasted my leave for it!

I had a terrible experience this week at the Ultrasound Clinic. The lady at the reception by the name Abbie Gardner is very rude and arrogant. This week was my 2nd time at the Ultrasound clinic. My first appointment was 2wks ago. I came early and had to wait at the reception for about 15mins before I got my dating scan done which I don't have problems with at all. My 2nd scan was Tuesday this week at 10:50am. I arrived at the reception and told the receptionist I was here for my appointment. She asked for my name and i told her. She immediately replied me " You appointment has been canceled " I was like who canceled it, I didn't and my GP didn't either. Well, I thought I didn't hear her well. I repeated myself that am booked for 10:50am. She replied again "yes the appointment has been canceled because you are 10mins late" I looked at my phone and it was exactly 10:58am. Agreed, my appointment was canceled, why did I not get a text that my appointment was canceled. I explained to her that I lives in flagstaff and dropped of the kids before coming. I reminded her I was there 2wks ago and I had to wait at the reception past my appointment time before I got my scan done. She immediately asked a silly question " you can rebook if you want and don't be late this time" She is rude and I honestly feel she is a racist because I am browned skinned lady. I am not dumb. She could politely talk to me and explain Oh unfortunately your appointment was canceled because you were 10mins late and we are busy... talk nicely or present it nicely to me. She was talking with terrible attitude as if I have come to beg for food. I have never been so humiliated in my life. So, I rebooked for the following day which I deliberately didn't show up for due to how I was treated. I also asked her for the result of my previous scan. Shw asked me for my email address. I wrote it out on a paper and gave to her. But intead of her to send me my previous scan result, she sent me and email of the next day appointment and telling me any verbal abuse towards staff will not be tolerated. She was the one being rude and not professional at her job. Up till this moment, I have not received my previous result. She has refused to send it. I have decided not to ask again. I will inform my midwife to follow up with the result. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. Attached are emails we exchanged.

Two of the women on reception/ desk both times have just given the worst experience ever, rude, arrogant with a bad attitude each time. While waiting they happily giggle with each other but each time they've answer phone or greeted customer it's just disgusting. The lady's that do the scans however... LOVELY
