Great gym with great support. Loving the 10 week challenge run by Ryan. It's good motivation to keep on track and the nutritual advice is really helpful too.

I've been training at this gym for a while now. I really like how spacious the equipment layout is. The gym is kept really clean and tidy. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and always willing to help. The individual showers make getting ready for work a breeze!

Ryan is a legend! The team are great. I feel safe when working out. No one is judging. Very supportive. 24/7. Awesome all round. Great community gym. Support local!

Warning to others: Problems with trying to exit the membership/staff / communication with gym/losing documents/security fob problems. Short answer: Starting membership -- make sure they give you ALL of the deals that they claimed they would when you signed up. During membership -- ok basic facilities if you already know how to use machines by yourself etc. Staffing problems towards client needs. Finishing membership -- Unacceptable problems. Gym ignores attempts to leave contract and causes problems multiple months after your cancellation period has already finished. Longer answer: Facilities = ok/basic type of gym machines. No machine instructions. Staff = are rarely available, even during "staffing hours." Experience: when requested advice on best type of exercises for an injury and machine instructions the staff member acted bored and "put upon" like it was a nuissance for the client to ask questions. Security fob problems = (own experience) once signed up/paid for membership fob wasn't activated, for after hours entrance, for 5 days and only after contacting gym multiple times. Communication with gym = staff rarely available during "staffing hours," hard to reach via phone as reception desk often vacant. impossible to reach via customer email: through entire time as a member i received no email response at all, to any email about anything. Lost documents = part of membership promotion was a free PT session and document that could be used when at gym alone. Gym lost PT document, claimed would provide new PT session and document, gym then avoided responding to requests for this to happen. Never did receive a training document nor a PT session. Exiting your membership = (own experience) Gave notice to exit membership (30 day cancellation time as per their contract). Tried via phone (no answer) and email (for proof that gave notice). Waited 30 days, paid last fee, stopped AP payments at bank. 2 months after had given notice debt collection company contacted me stating i was behind in gym payments (for time period after had paid final cancellation period payment) and that gym had never contacted them to confirm membership was finished. I phoned gym: after multiple calls got staff member who confirmed membership still considered active, they had no access to emails to confirm received email cancelling gym membership. said would contact owner about situation and get back to me within 1 business day. 5 days later still no response from gym. phoned multiple times, no staff pick up call. gym answer phone advise owner's mobile number to call. called, no answer, voicemail message saying not to leave message, to text. left vm and tet message. 4 days later a text response saying would make membership inactive but no mention would contact debt company to advise them that membership finished and was finished 2 months ago. forwarded all relevant emails and text message screen shots to debt company to prove that i had followed correct procedure to exit membership (as per common law and gym contract). debt company confirmed gym was at fault and that gym was avoiding their attempts at contact also. no further issue for me with debt company - after 2+ week stress/problems with gym/debt company and 2 month gym problems with membership cancellation.
