★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igin is an amazing artist there's no disputing that, however they gave an estimate quote on my consultation and I ended up with an unfinished tattoo which they tried charging me $200 more than originally quoted. They charge $160 per hour and they take their time to stretch out the time to get more money outta you. Also witnessed the owner screaming at another tattooist in the carpark out front of the shops (who turns out to be her ex partner) the atmosphere of the shop was not a friendly, inviting one and I think that the artists need to do more to give people time to add to or change the design if they're not happy with the design they've come up with instead of making people sit there for an hour whilst they print the of the stencil etc then make you feel rushed in to getting the design. Hostile environment with no privacy as it's one big room with multiple massage tables with people getting various parts of the body tattooed and everyone feels exposed. Given how booked up you guys are in advance why don't you move to a bigger premises so that you can hire more artists and get that waiting list down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disgusting way to run a business how can you have a date after a deposit and then it be changed 9 times, having been told that will need multiple sessions they should have been booked b4 taking a deposit and the person dealing with would have her facts straight as to who the tattooist is frustrating as hell
