★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family have been Domino's Pizza customers for years, so this time we decided to branch out and sample Pizza Hut. We decided to go for the same pizzas we usually have at Dominos, more or less.
The Pizza Hut pizzas were terrible. There was too much salt on them, one of them was a nondescript mish-mash of crust and something that probably was edible at some point in its existence - see photo, we each took a slice, had a bite, and threw them away in disgust - and the whole experience left me regretting spending over NZ$ 80 on what was promised to be a great pizza experience, but turned out to be some of the worst food I've ever tasted.
And the delivery driver was late.
Don;t waste your money on Pizza Hut - you're probably better off making home-made pizza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas, they gave me a butter chicken one. Went to return it and they insisted i ordered it wrong until I showed them the email. Then the Indian dude who messed up my order offered compensation, after waiting for the pizza he claims he didn't offer me the agreed compensation even though the young girl working there told him he did. Then proceeded to offer the meat pizza I returned as compensation, what a joke.

The pizza we ordered was half cooked and tasted almost raw. So bland and tasteless.
No respect to the food that is served.. slices were cut so haphazardly and looked unappetizing to start with...
Would not recommend going here.
Service is terrible..

1. Touch “balls” in front of customer is unacceptable.
2. One of the male staff was serious lack of professional and lied.
3. The other male staff and female staffs were fine.
4. If you do not value your customer and do not honor your job, quit please. do not ruin it.
5. Pizza Hut, if you do not care what your customer say, if you do not respond our review. do not make promise.

New staff brings much better experience.
Happy to see new staff and positive changes. Glad to see better interaction with current staff. We are satisfied for recent orders and communicating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can I have some filling with my crust ? We have been coming here for a long time, but recently its been hit & miss. This was my last visit. The quality is rubbish & often they get the order wrong. Will be going to a different pizza place from now on.
