F	Faye McDonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the food selection what ever happened to the club sandwiches asparagus rolls and savories you go to get a coffee and a lot of people just want simple I mean how hard is it to make a toasted sandwich.we had a muffin which was tasteless and the scones looked just as bad come on you guys think about it.you could be so much busier with some good food .but coffee was good

Coffee was badly extracted, might need more training. Be warned that small coffees are single shot, they charge extra for full-strength.

Under level 2 we would have our order would be taken from our table where we would also pay. No issue with this. The following was an issue; we waited some time before our order was taken yet other customers who arrived after us had their orders taken. Not sure if it was staff shortage or inexperienced staff? Our order would arrive after a very long delay. We weren't the only ones who were waiting. There was no explanation as to why the delay or that a delay was likely. We were left wondering if our order would arrive. Not a great experience. Just another observation staff don't use trays - three trips to deliver an order isn't good time management and doing this over a shift makes a tired person at the end of the day. Happened to us and noticed the same at other tables.

Then 20 minutes to get a scone heated in the microwave with butter. They put the scone and the bag in the microwave then cut off a flap on the top of the scone put butter somewhere through the bag. Under staffed. But how hard is it to put a scone in the microwave butter it and hand it over, they made it look hard. 29 minutes later.
P	Putri Asmarani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had egg florentine with extra salmon & flat white for breakfast. They were okay but it might be pricey for some. Other than that, I enjoyed how the ladies singing along while working. That was nice.

In our list recent visit there had been some changes to the way orders were taken, only no one told us. Previously orders were taken at the table, but at some stage that changed to order at the counter. No signs telling us, no one told us. We sat there & waited for around 10 minutes before the person behind the counter somewhat brusquely told us to order at the counter. Which she could have told us when we first walked in. Worse still, the off hand manner in which we were treated was delivered no less than by the owner. She did manage to cheer up a bit after a while but I much prefer spending my hard earned money at a place where they are pleased to see us.
