I have offered 650k, Justin/Jordan told me not possible, as all the offer they received are over 650k to early 700k. But still, we left our details and budget to them with the hope of hearing back from them. Then just yesterday, we found out that the property sold at 646,000!!! It is so outrageous that they even didn't care !!!!
