He listened to get a really clear understanding of what we wanted, then he worked hard to get us the best deals, then surprised us with extras. The term 'exceeding expectations' can often sound like a cliche, but Tom has exceeded ours and I have no hesitation recommending him. We are booking all our future travel with him.
