★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery was meant to be with us between 2 and 5 business days but was first picked up from same-city depot after 6 business days and delivery was 10 business days later and not even within time frame that you get via phone. Since items weren't delivered as promised, all our building work and contractors were delayed and construction site stood still for days - we lost so much money! We have been in touch with their office lady who seemed very junior and inexperienced but no improvement has been made. Excuse was that our pallet was the first being loaded even though they promised us being first delivery which means our pallet should've been loaded last.
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery still not made after 14 days from when picked up. Also, impossible to contact this company; they don't answer phone calls, phone mail box is full so not possible to leave message, and they don't respond to emails. I am going to have to cancel the order with Bunnings for a refund, but will not be refunded the delivery cost I paid. DO NOT DEAL WITH FLIWAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not answer emails and I had to get the company I bought from to be able to contact them. Package hasnt been delivered for over a month and when it was finally time to have the delivery date and time sorted it hasnt even shown up. I was very patient and lenient with emails and calls towards both companies especially because of covid but its gotten really ridiculous at this point.
Edit: It has been two months now, the delivery has been scheduled three times to which it hasnt actually even shown up. Two of the scheduled times they didnt have anyone out to deliver as their depot wasnt manned, the third time I was notified they were out for delivery but then something went wrong after they sent me a text saying it would be there in 30 mins. This company is an EXTREME let-down with the absolute worst communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently had two under desk mobile cabinets delivered by Fliway. The correspondence was sent via text message each time confirming a suitable delivery time. The first message was to arrange a suitable date and time. No phone call was received rather i receive yet another text. I confirm a time (via text) for delivery 8am-12pm. As at the day of delivery and after I've left my office I receive a message saying the cabinets will be delivered in the next 30mins around approximately 6pm. I absolutely would not recommend dealing with Fliway (Knight Group).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the WORST courier company I have ever had to deal with. I am still waiting for my package that is valued at over $1000 since the middle of February - over 7 weeks ago. They keep giving false stories about how they have tried to contact me which is absolutely rubbish and then finally got a date locked in to have them delivered- I took the day off work to receive the goods as they didn't want to leave them - and they never showed up!! I honestly don't know how they are still allowed to be in busiest a quick read of reviews show I am not the only customer feeling this way - so over it!
