Thieving bunch of crooks, and incompetent.
Had my belongings ransacked whilst in storage and majority of my expensive items stolen! No remorse whatsoever!!!!
DO NOT use these chumps, unless you want it all to end in a heartache.

On time and made our move up here to Whangarei easy, diverting to a second place for extra furnishings that needed to come as well. Everything arrived in good order and was well stacked into storage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A message to anyone needing moving services: In May we got BK Movers to move us to tutukaka. Was a big job so my hubby brought the guys a beer. After the move I discovered my new $300 Bluetooth speaker was missing. We of course contacted BK but they didn't know anything of its whereabouts. Thinking we would never get it back my hubby brought me a new one. We were able to get video footage of one of BKs staff clearly taking it and hiding it in the cab of the truck so laid a police complaint and gave the company the footage. While I understand that this is not on the company we have never recieved an apology or any compensation. We have since found out that the owner of BK has our speaker in his possession and never offered it back to us.
So he has actually recieved stolen goods.
Also missing is a pair of JBL headphones but can't prove that was taken. My computer screen was damaged and leg on microwave broken.
This is purely our experience we have never used this company before just a heads up to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bunch of guys who are always up for a laugh. Moved our furniture from Auckland to Ruakaka with great efficiency and helped us to reassemble them when they arrived. Would definitely use again.
