★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon entering the store was met by the friendly Vanessa who showed me some carpets that suited my requirements. Vanessa was helpful and answered all my questions. The fitting was done professionally and fitting was reasonably priced. My new bedroom carpet looks great and I will definitely return to look again when I'm replacing carpet in the rest of the home.

Walking onto Flooring Design we were welcomed by the staff and made to feel at ease. The staff were always friendly and willing to help anytime we phoned or called into the store. We felt like we were the only people looking at getting carpet which was a good feeling rather than being just another 'number' so to speak.
Flooring Design were highly recommended by a family member who had used them four times prior to us and we are now highly recommending Flooring Design to anyone reading these comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are terrible. I’m a builder and know the difference between a good flooring job and a bad one. My mates had carpet installed by Flooring Design a few months ago, and it’s rough as. If you want good quality workmanship stay away from these guys, some of their installers do terrible work. Would never use in any of my own houses or recommend to anyone I liked. Use at your own risk!!

The team were really friendly and actually listened to what I wanted, but stepped in when I needed advice, which was really appreciated. Izzy especially was on hand to answer any questions and my texts. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and made my life a heck of a lot more easy and the transformation of my home is outstanding. Also the tradies that they get to install the flooring are top notch as well. I got both carpet and vinyl planking through flooring design. Thanks heaps.
