I recently had an issue with one pair that I bought a few months ago... problem solved without hassle and was again an excellent customer experience. Thank you.

Update: I popped into the store to ask about shoe maintenance as one of my pairs were wearing uncharacteristically. They determined this was unusual and wanted to send the shoe to head office for inspection. They gave me a new pair no questions asked! This shows you that Florsheim takes customer experience, and chance to learn about issues in their products seriously. Thanks team!

shoes great for value no major issues.
but the customer service was done poorly by the girls on that day.
They did n''t seem interested in selling their product.
the experience was a bit bland.
been many places , bought many shoes, seen better service.

β β β β β I would strongly advise against purchasing shoes from this company. I have had my boots for 6 months and I wasn't wearing them at all for 3 of those months due to COVID lockdown. The sole is nearly completely falling apart. For a pair of $250 NZD boots, a complete waste of money. Customer service also advises that there is nothing wrong with them. Avoid this company.

β β β β β Good looking but low quality shoes. Made in China with lower grade material and some faulty engineering concepts. I bought a pair of Chukka in Dec. 2019. Used it almost every day very fairly as I am doing seated office work job. After one year use, the outer sole torn because it was too thin for walking on Pavement! Really!!!

β β β β β I have bought 4 shoes in total from Florsheim. 2 instore and 2 online. The shoes look great but they wear off within few months of purchase. Contacted customer service for the online orders and did not get a satisfactory response. So overall, these shoes don't last long. Not recommended. Customer service instore at time of purchase was excellent. But ultimately I am giving a poor rating purely for the quality of the shoes.
