(Should be every 2-3 years) I took it to the Auckland shop as it was stopping more frequently, where they gave me a quote and the work was done. It's been a long 8 weeks without it but it's come back like a new watch and very happy with all they did to get it back to pristine condition. They couriered it back to me and it arrived safely. Communication was very quick and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

you have no respect for the very people who support your business that is shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my watch from Wellington to be repaired. It was still under warranty and took a while to get parts sourced from Switzerland. The job did take a little bit longer due to lock down as well, however, the watch has come back looking great and working better than ever. I was happy with the communication and keeping me updated as well as the courier service that was speedy both ways. All round good service and happy with the workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was so impressed with the expertise of the people here. I had my watch serviced last week. This is the place to send your precious watch or watches for battery replacement, servicing and repair. Depending on the kind of watch you own - not all watches needs servicing but if it does, it has to be done. They did an amazing job and it feels like they have given me a brand new watch. I didn't expect that! I used to live in the Middle East and had owned this watch for over 15 years. I always send it for servicing there every time it needed a new battery but they haven't done it as perfectly as these guys at Nairns have. The price is similar but the work here is flawless. I have given up on the date that doesn't seem to work but now it does. My watch is old and had scratches all over it. I received my watch without any of those scratches visible anymore. Are you guys sure this is the same watch? WOW!!! I will be sending my watch for servicing here from now on. Thank you so much!
