★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars due to my preference not to be packed in like a sardine and no longer practice here due to that. The teachers are lovely. Consider these classes more hot hatha than flowy vinyasa classes. Very good for beginners wanting to start a hot yoga practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception people are very unhelpful and specifically the flexiblility that has not been fully considered for all the existing customers who has been paid for the full memebership , hot flow business should have given much more flexibility so customer can choose if they still want to join the classes in alert level 2. There was no communication at all since alert level 2 . Studio classes are mostly full all the time, i tried zoom online class , the very first day for live online class i didnt receive any link to join so I had to call my self and ask what is happening ! It didnt work for next day either . As there website has not been updated with any information even one of the staff has said on the phone they will update the information such as hours etc, yet no change ! So disappoint with the service ! Its look like its matter of making money for them only .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried their 2 week trial they had going, was amazing! Always wanted to try yoga! Each session was very packed, but they were so relaxing it didn't seem to matter. And for first time goers the staff were so helpful and welcoming! A shame yoga is quite expensive to do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. She brings me not just a place to exercise, but a place to nurture my soul and give me peace and calm. I have found Flow Hot Yoga since I came to Christchurch in 2018. From the very beginning as a stranger to now as a familiar, thanks to all the teachers (except one young girl, but it seems she left soon), Dan's sunny smile every time in the reception, love Pele's challenges, Nicole's smooth movement...... Every teacher has something unique to offer, and Greta, your greeting make me feel so happy every time, your smile is so beautiful! I was surprised every time that you remembered my name and made me feel so valued. All in all, love here and thank you all for such a wonderful experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in NZ for a few months and I took many classes: all teachers are amazing (especially Tristin, Clara and Sayaka!!!) and the facility is simply perfect.
Nice, clean and welcoming environment. I've been to several yoga studios in many countries, this is definitely the best!!!
