★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used Flowers by Joanne twice and on both occasions I have been really impressed with the artistry of the floral arrangements and generous sized, dense bouquets. Feedback from the receivers were both extremely positive and that flowers were so fresh they lasted 2 weeks in water. Delivery has been reliable and on time. Highly recommended florist ?

I had made a little muck up with my message and I had a phone call from a lovely lady explaining my mistake and it was fixed up straight away. My son & daughter-in-law were tickled pink with the flowers and sent me a photo of them. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend 'Flowers by Joanne'.

The company replied back to me and apologized for the incorrect order. They said their florist took time out of their day off to create a new arrangement and delivered it on that day. Appreciate the response and the bouquet that was done was much more to the request that I had asked for. Very lovely. Thank you! ☺️
Pretty disappointed with my purchase to be honest. I gave two stars because customer service was nice and prompt and delivery went all well. But the actual bouquet that I got was not at all what I asked for. I messaged them earlier, prior to purchase as I wanted to know if I could choose a color palette for the dried flower bouquet as all they have on their site is florist choice. Which I trusted the florist to surely arrange nicely, but I just wanted a specific colour tone to the bouquet. The customer service replied back saying that would be absolutely fine and to add it to the notes when I order. I was so stoked with this as on their site they had an arrangement that I thought would be pretty much similar to what I wanted. When I ordered I asked for neutrals with a hint/touch of blush or Muave. What I got was a whole bunch of random colours that were just put together. It was for a birthday present and for the money I paid I'm extremely disappointed about this. I know it's during covid but the fact they completely ignored my request, after saying it was fine, is disappointing. I've added photos to show what their website says they can do and what I actually got. Will not be purchasing from this shop again.
