Simply outstanding service, amazing people who managed to deliver a beautiful bunch of flowers last minute for me
Highly recommend and I will only use them now for outstanding service, delivery and professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Won’t recommend at all!!!!! asked for a delivery of flowers, they just left the whole bunch flower outside of the apartment without any txt or phone call!!!!! I have been waiting for it for the whole morning, finally Our neighbor bring it upstairs for us!!! What if nobody bring it? It will destroy my day!!!!!! So careless!!!!! Don’t care about customers at all. So disappointed!!! Won’t go back again

The overall feedback is very positive and sometimes we even get photos of the lovely bunches sent in with thanks.
Thankyou for all your efforts in creating these lovely bunches, its nice to know our staff get well looked after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful company terrible service. Ordered flowers online 13 Dec for a friends birthday & delivery on 16 Dec. Payment taken & email confirmation received same day. No flowers were delivered on the 16th when I phoned to check they said I should have called earlier in the day like it was my fault or something. Called them again few days later for a refund, emailed for a refund no reply. Visited the shop a week later for a refund, no apology couldn’t care less & said they couldn’t do it because their “other shop” handles refunds & suggested I call them. No apology just attitude & an extremely poor service don’t waste your time. Incidentally the delivery address was 500m from their shop in the city
