★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered flowers through interflora and had them delivered by flowers inc. For what I paid I was very disappointed with what I received. I paid extra over the premium selection to get a big bunch and this is what I got. The flowers are lovely but for 150 dollars I was expecting a LOT more. They were supposed to come in a water filled box but were just wrapped in paper. I have used interflora before when living in Wanganui and the flower shop there was great. Always a big, beautiful bouquet. But this, in my eyes is a bit of a ripoff (or is this just another case of the cost of everything going through the roof?) It's great to shop locally, but I'll go elsewhere next time. It's a shame really.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute shambles. Website says they can deliver anywhere in NZ. Ordered for Valentines Day to Wellington. Absolutely no communication whatsoever that they couldn't do this. Said they had processed a refund, they hadn't. Valentines Day ruined
