Despite having disability access it isn't the easiest but staff will always assist if asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner tonight. Took quite a while for the food to arrive. My stepdaughter's dish arrived incomplete, some ingredients advertised on the menu were missing. That was fixed, but she said food wasn't as good as last time.
I ordered the burger with beer battered chips. The burger was good, but the chips weren't beer battered and undercooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience at Focal Point Levin on Sunday night, turned up for a 5.30pm movie place order for food, only to be told the kitchen was closed. What place closes its kitchen at dinner time. Come on Focal Point do better :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seafood chowder was outstanding ,salmon salad most impressive and nachos enjoyed .Focal Point Cafe extremely busy and food took some time but it was well worth the wait .Lovely staff ,uplifting atmosphere .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great way for anyone to earn points on their membership card. They even send you an invite to a free movie on the month of your birthday. The food is great and the restaurant is always very popular especially in the evening. I love the platters.
