★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reported the smell of gas outside from my Rinnai water heater. A gas fitter arrived within an hour, tightened the control knobs, and then did a safety check inside the house to make sure the gas hob was also safe. Professional, friendly, responsive service- highly recommended.
