Fonefix is a portfolio company within the Millennium Group of companies, we are a well-established electronics repair company and have been operating in the New Zealand market since 2008. We provide high-quality device repairs for most major brands, specialising in consumer electronics such as phones, tablets, laptops, headphones, and audio speakers.
We are the authorised service providers for several global brands including Apple, Alcatel, Huawei, LG & Motorola. We also have partnerships with leading New Zealand retailers and Telco companies such as 2degrees, Vodafone, Noel Leeming, Harvey Norman, PB Technologies, and JB Hi-Fi.
As part of our expertise, we also refurbish handsets and sell them at a very competitive price to provide our customers with alternative product solutions and reduce the carbon footprint on the environment.
We are also an authorised/recognised insurance repair provider for many of the main insurance companies. You can even book your repair online if you prefer and we will send you a courier bag to send the device to us.
Based on our expertise and partnerships, we also provide exclusive testing services for major New Zealand telecommunications networks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend Fonefix Limited. My iPhone 11 was diagnosed and apparently in dead condition and too broken to be fixed and I was quoted $749.00 for a replacement. I went elsewhere and had it fixed the same day for $250.00 ??♀️

I've been having battery issues with my MacBook Pro. The Fonefix team had it twice now. The first time they told me it's fixed, I drove all the way there to pick it up only to find out they hadn't really done anything I couldn't have done myself at home - and the problem wasn't fixed.
I took it back and they did something but the issue still isn't fixed.
I've been following up several times and each time I'm told the person will check with the tech team and come back to me - and then I don't hear anything again.
Due to this the warranty on my machine has now expired without a solution to the problem.
I appreciate that not all problems can be fixed. But there is no excuse for such poor communication and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I had rung them to enquire about my phone which was starting to lag and switch off and volume turning up to and down even switch to
vibrate where I would miss incoming calls all together. So I had rung these fallas up to see what they could do about it and from the get go the guy I had spoken to damnit sorry mate I forgot his name my had man, lolz, was Patience and understanding and allowed me to tell him my problem even though I don't have a clue about electronics and devices but to turn on and make calls and texts oh and Facebook and messenger oh and email's, apart from that I'm pretty clueless and slow which can be a lil embarrassing coz you give a hammer drill or snorkel and mask I'm pretty much your Jack of every other trade.. all in all that guy was really awesome friend easy going considerate and most importantly for me was he was well knowledgeable and informative with a great attitude. Too mark's to him and his company. Nga mihi ehoa..
