★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed: showed up with what I thought was a cracked screen protector on iPhone needing replacement.
Service person at SmartDevice checked it and said actual screen was cracked and $450 for him to fix.
After taking it home checked and had Apple plus support so arranged screen replacement with Apple service which would cost $45. On handing phone over to them they checked, took the glass protector off and the screen wasn’t cracked at all???
Either extremely poor and lax technical service or…
A blatant rip off attempt
I will not be using them again
