★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one ingrown toenail surgery done last year and needed another done on my other foot this appointment.
Both times Rahul has done an amazing job while explaining the process and being friendly, nice and reassuring at the same time. Making sure I am both informed and comfortable. He has explained the aftercare thoroughly during the initial surgery and the follow up appointment. I have recommended Foot Mechanics Dunedin to my partner previously who ended up having an ingrown toenail surgery, and will continue to recommend them to other friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rahul was very informative and thorough, making my first podiatry visit very pleasant! I never knew you could tell so much from our feet, and how every callus told a story. I can't wait to try everything he has recommended to see how it will help alleviate my issues I've had forever.
Also the receptionist Tiffy was very friendly and helpful, making my appointment even more enjoyable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t even wanna give this place a star, I felt completely ripped off here at the foot mechanics and wish I went somewhere else more professional and reasonable.
The service was alright the people were nice but I felt scammed, I have lumps on my foot and I have for ages this guy recommended me a cream a anti fungus one, it cost me around $70 just for this tiny cream at the time I had no idea that this product is literally only $10 at any chemist in Dunedin or anywhere in New Zealand. I feel like foot mechanics rips of people who don’t have any idea about foot products, I had a look at the other products they sell and they just over charge basically everything they have, don’t you just want to help people foot mechanics? Not rip people off? I am so disappointed I don’t recommend this place to anybody go somewhere more professional and people who won’t scam you
