He explained things clearly and further explained when I was unsure. He also provided options about treatment. I was feeling quite uncertain about the treatment for my foot pain but came away feeling reassured about my treatment and also very enthusiastic about further looking into the way I walk and the importance of the kind of shoes I am wearing. His front of house lady was also extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Overall a great experience.
