We have bought and sold many times over the years but never had so much communication from our real estate agent before. Even though there were a few hiccups along the way eg not selling at auction he was very confident of success and we sold just ten days later. We started looking for property in September, and the idea of looking was rather stressful. Brooke was absolutely amazing. Showing us properties that she new we could afford and were suited best to us. Brooke really understood what we were looking for and went above and beyond showing us around the properties. As first home buyers we really didn't know what we were getting ourselves into, but Brooke had all the tips and tricks and made it a lot more enjoyable. Each property Brooke showed us around was a great experience. She had great knowledge of each place and really made us feel welcome at each property. Brooke was so warm and friendly throughout the whole process, and was so encouraging. When it lead up to auction day she was so supportive and kept in contact frequently, without it feeling it was forced. Brooke really looked out for us and gave us so much confidence that we went to auction and came out with a Home! The whole overall experience was so lovely thanks to Brooke, we are so glad we had her through this experience.

Mike knew what was available and could quickly get the information we wanted. Mike was always easy ro get a hold of. They talked through everything in a way that we understood so the whole purchase we knew what was happening and it made it stress free. Mike is relaxed and nothing seemed to be a bother to him.

Ellie-Jane and her team were awesome and delivered on all of their promises, great communication, marketing our property to perfection and having a personal touch that made selling our house with this team amazing.
