★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately a poor final result for the property we had trusted with Harcourts Taupo Property Management. They disregarded a section of our property agreement and held me liable for the $300+. From their perspective they acted in my best interest, but it doesn't change the fact. Regardless, the final resolution could have been handled better and ultimately, with less sarcasm and passive aggressiveness directed at me. Disappointing result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service from the whole team, they offered help and guidance at an appropriate level to my knowledge and experience and worked hard to find a good tenant for my property. They listened and educated me in the need for a good tenant over a quick tenant. In the end they provided both. I recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having just relocated to Taupo and having communicated via email with the property manager at Harcourts regarding a potential rental. I found the experience to be less than desirable and would not recommend this company when searching for a rental. The email responses were totally inappropriate and unprofessional and altogether not acceptable when dealing with an already stressful situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harcourts Property Management team have looked after our rental properties for the last 2 years and their service has been excellent.
They have consistently found us excellent tenants through their vetting process and the regular property inspections have been very thorough.
Communication has been great. Statements, photos and reports are regularly e mailed to us.
Would highly recommend them !
